Engraving Instructions
If this item is engravable please follow these instruction to let us know what you want engraved on this
1] Place the order, and once it is complete REPLY to your order confirmation , which you will get about a minute after the order is complete
2] While placing the order, on the bottom of the address page, is a special instructions box, fill this in
3] E-mail CustomerService@diabetesandmore.com, making sure that you have your order ID in the subject line.
May be ordered with an 5/8" expansion band or a choice of the 4 chains shown. Bracelet measures 7/16" x 1-1/2", with the chains sized to fit the wrist measurement

Give your SNUG wrist size in inches. We add 1/2" to that so it's loose enough to put on and take off
