Engraving Instructions
If this item is engravable please follow these instruction to let us know what you want engraved on this
1] Place the order, and once it is complete REPLY to your order confirmation , which you will get about a minute after the order is complete
2] While placing the order, on the bottom of the address page, is a special instructions box, fill this in
3] E-mail CustomerService@diabetesandmore.com, making sure that you have your order ID in the subject line.
This is a larger bracelet and can be engraved with up to 6 lines on each side.
It can also be engraved with the first name only on the front if there is room for the
other information.
Bracelet is 5/8" x 2".
If you would measure your wrist, we will cut the chain to fit. Give us the snug measurement.
We add two links so it fits properly.
Stainless steel, hard fired enameled emblem in
red or blue.
