CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us at customerservice@diabetesandmore.com and put “cancel order” in the subject line. If the order has NOT yet been shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order.

If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel the order, you can refuse the package or return if for a full refund, you will however be required to pay all shipping charges that we incurred.

Please note that YOU are responsible for the cost of shipping your return(s), unless the error was made by us.

The handling charge will NOT be refunded when an order is cancelled by a customer. This will cover our costs of credit card fees.

You may return any item for any reason within 30 days, of your invoice [*NO EXCEPTIONS] in good condition, with ALL original packaging and instructions, for a full refund of only the sales price. Any defective or damaged item may also be exchanged within 30 days. Please pack any returned products securely so they are received in as good a condition as possible.

Items shipped to addresses outside the U.S.A, are not subject to a manufacturer’s warranty.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you return an item and DO NOT get an RA number, you may (at our discretion) still return the item, but there will be a 15% restocking fee. We at Diabetes And More, will decide whether the item can be returned .We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

Refunds will be sent as a check within three weeks of receiving your return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling costs. We will provide free shipping if your return is a result of our error.

We make every attempt to ship orders received by 6:00 CST the same business day, but at times due to order volume it may take two or three business days to process your order, many times we get orders out the same day that arrive by Noon (but you must call us if you need your order shipped out same day). Shipping charges are determined by actual FedEx and USPS rates, based on the combined weight of all items ordered. Standard shipping is FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, with FedEx 3 Day , FedEx 2nd Day Air ,FedEx Overnight Standard , FedEx Priority, FedEx First and USPS First Class Mail 2-9 Days , USPS Parcel Post 2-7 Days USPS Priority Mail 2-4 Days, USPS Express Mail 1-2 Days (DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY). You can determine the rates of the various methods by choosing a Carrier and then a Method on the shipping page during checkout

Once you place an order, you can return to the store, log into Your Account, and see tracking information on your package.

Any item can be shipped by FedEx or USPS from our main location. Some items are drop shipped and then the shipping method may vary from one that you chose. For example you may choose FedEx Ground and a particular vendor only ships UPS.

If the order is over $40 Dollars In some cases, if you select USPS Parcel Post we may ship by UPS Ground, if you choose USPS Priority Mail , it may be converted to FedEx 3-Day Select, etc. Orders selected by the customer and shipped USPS parcel post will NOT be send again if they do not arrive or arrive broken or damaged.

All credit card orders are shipped within 72 hours [or less] [Monday through Friday] by the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. NON-U.S. SHIPPING
Orders, will be shipped via International Express or International Registered mail. If you would like to know the exact charges before your order is shipped, please indicate this in the Special Instructions field of your order. We will e-mail you the exact shipping charge.

CUSTOMS
Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.

Customs charges vary from country to country and your order may be subject to customs charges on entry to your country. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Please contact your local custom authorities for additional information. All international orders will be shipped with customs forms listing the value and content of the package contents.

DOT RESTRICTIONS ON AIR SHIPPING
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire of other mishap.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That is why for orders containing DOT-restricted products we will only ship ground.

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order. The minimum price for shipping is $4.98 USD. Delivery confirmation is provided and tracking information is also available, once the order has shipped.
