Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are non refundable.

When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. If any of the above is not done, we will not refund you money.
If you should need to return an item contact Diabetes And More by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
If you return an item and DO NOT get an RA number, you may (at our discretion) still return the item, but there will be a 15% restocking fee. We at Diabetes And More, will decide whether the item can be returned .We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

Non-Defective Returns:
All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all
original components (instruction sheets, boxes, packing material, bags and so on) included, or the
package will be returned to you and no refund will be given. The retailer is responsible for
returning the item(s) to “Diabetes And More” at their expense. We strongly recommend that you
insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that
you use.
