Return Policy For any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of the date it was received for a refund. The item must be shipped to us within 30 days, not arrive to us within 30 days. Shipping costs are NEVER refunded You pay the shipping cost to return. You must e-mail for an RA number ( CustomerService@DiabetesAndMore.com) There is a 12% restocking fee You MUST place a copy of the original order with the return. If the item is returned without the packing slip , or with ANY paper or parts damaged or missing. We WILL NOT give you a refund Damage claims: Contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or not functional The following items are NOT returnable ( NO exceptions) Used or activated FRIO wallets ANY customized jewelry Any syringe case that has had used or loaded syringes in it Any product that has had used syringes or come into contact with blood Any product that is damaged, torn or not returned with all parts, items and papers If you typed in the wrong address and we shipped the order, you will have to repay the shipping charge to ship it to you again. If the item is returned to us via USPS or FedEx, then you will have to pay the same charge that they charge us to claim back the package. Exchanges In order to eliminate confusion and ensure accuracy, we do not process exchanges. Simply place another order for the item you want, and return the item you don't want. Privacy and Security Credit/debit Card Numbers The transactions are processed by Authorize.net. They use the most up to date security protocols, and is one of the most trusted, most secure payment processors available. We do not retain card numbers for any length of time for online orders. The payment is transmitted to the Authorize.net server, the payment is approved nearly instantly, and then the number is deleted from our server. The whole process takes milliseconds at the server level. When the order is placed online, no employee has access to the number. Not the owners, the tech people, no one. We do NOT sell contact information, ever. Not addresses, not email, not phone numbers, not anything. No information is given to any other company or entity except when the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this is the case, the fact that it the item is shipped from the manufacturer is disclosed within the item description, so you know beforehand that this will be happening. Only the minimum shipping information that is needed is given to the manufacturer in this case. We do not call by telephone except as needed regarding your order(s). We will email you only as needed, and only specifically regarding your order(s). Gift Wrapping We can gift wrap some items. See specific item. There is a fee of $3.00 Printed Catalog Due to the high cost of producing and mailing, and in order to offer the products at the lowest possible price, we do not have a printed catalog. We would have to charge almost twice as much for our products in order to mail out printed catalogs. If the company you are dealing with has printed catalogs, you are paying too much, because you are helping to pay for those catalogs, plain and simple. Our catalog is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at this site. | CANCELLATION POLICY | | | | If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us at customerservice@diabetesandmore.com and put “cancel order” in the subject line. If the order has NOT yet been shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order. If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to cancel the order, you can refuse the package or return if for a full refund, you will however be required to pay all shipping charges that we incurred. Please note that YOU are responsible for the cost of shipping your return(s), unless the error was made by us. The handling charge will NOT be refunded when an order is cancelled by a customer.
