Shipping Policies

We make every attempt to ship orders received by 6:00 CST the same business day, but at times due to order volume it may take two or three business days to process your order, many times we get orders out the same day that arrive by Noon (but you must call us if you need your order shipped out same day). Shipping charges are determined by actual FedEx and USPS rates, based on the combined weight of all items ordered. Standard shipping is FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, with FedEx 3 Day , FedEx 2nd Day Air ,FedEx Overnight Standard , FedEx Priority, FedEx First and USPS USPS First Class Mail 2-9 Days ,USPS Priority Mail 2-4 Days, USPS Express Mail 1-2 Days (DO NOT USE IF YOU NEED GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY). You can determine the rates of the various methods by choosing a Carrier and then a Method on the shipping page during checkout

Once you place an order, you can return to the store, log into Your Account, and see tracking information on your package.

Any item can be shipped by FedEx or USPS from our main location. Some items are drop shipped and then the shipping method may vary from one that you chose. For example you may choose FedEx Ground and a particular vendor only ships UPS. The FINAL shipping method for your order will be deteremined by our expert shipping managers.

If you choose USPS Priority Mail , it may be converted to FedEx 3-Day Select, etc. Orders selected by the customer and shipped USPS parcel post will NOT be send again if they do not arrive or arrive broken or damaged. Some FedEx orders will be shipped USPS first class or Priority. The final method of shipment will be determined by our shipping managers.

FedEx orders are also automatically insured and are trackable all the way through the shipment, where USPS packages are not

SALES TAX
Sales Tax is added to orders shipped to California, USA. The current sales tax rate for California residents is 8.25%

U.S TERRITORIES AND APO/FPO U.S. MILITARY ADDRESSES
We directly ship to APO/FPO U.S. military and U.S. Territories.

We’re sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for APO/FPO Military addresses and the U.S. Territories. Please note that due to current world events impacting the United States and other countries, our delivery partners have informed us to expect packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

NON-U.S. SHIPPING
Orders, will be shipped via International Express or International Registered mail. If you would like to know the exact charges before your order is shipped, please indicate this in the Special Instructions field of your order. We will e-mail you the exact shipping charge.

CUSTOMS
Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.

Customs charges vary from country to country and your order may be subject to customs charges on entry to your country. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Please contact your local custom authorities for additional information. All international orders will be shipped with customs forms listing the value and content of the package contents.

DOT RESTRICTIONS ON AIR SHIPPING
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire of other mishap.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That is why for orders containing DOT-restricted products we will only ship ground.

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order. The minimum price for shipping is $4.98 USD. Delivery confirmation is provided and tracking information is also available, once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING CHOICES
Even though USPS, United States Postal Service and FedEx are the options listed on our website, we have different warehouses using different shipping methods from the ones you chose. For example you may have chosen FedEx and it will ship UPS. We will ship at our discretion, but will try and make every effort to get your package to you in the timely manner you have chosen.

FedEx, nor The And More Company, Inc can't be held responsible for packages not arriving on time dues to Weather, Act of G-d, mechanical breakdowns. There will be no refunds given for these conditions.

• FedEx Express Saver: Delivery to business by 4:30 pm and residence by 7:00pm. 3 days from the day after you place your order, only business days. Saturday delivery available for an extra charge, to most areas. Not available in Hawaii & Alaska.
• FedEx 2nd Day: Delivery to business by 4:30 pm and residence by 7:00pm. 2 days from the day after you place your order, only business days. Saturday delivery available for an extra charge, to most areas. Hawaii & Alaska, may be 3 days.
• FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas. Next business day delivery. Saturday delivery available, in most areas for an extra charge.
• FedEx Priority: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays . Next business day delivery. Saturday delivery available, in most areas for an extra charge.
• FedEx First: Next-business-day delivery to major markets by 8, 8:30, 9 or 10 a.m., depending on destination ZIP code. Saturday delivery available, in most areas for an extra charge.
