If this item is engravable please follow these instruction to let us know what you want engraved on this
1] Place the order, and once it is complete REPLY to your order confirmation , which you will get about a minute after the order is complete
2] While placing the order, on the bottom of the address page, is a special instructions box, fill this in
3] E-mail CustomerService@diabetesandmore.com, making sure that you have your order ID in the subject line.

This item is now a hexagon (six-sided) shape which can be engraved on both sides.
It has a small medical emblem on the front rather than a full sized one.
This allows us to engrave five additional lines on the front.

1-1/4" from tip to tip (about the size of a 50-cent piece)
Includes 27" stainless steel link chain. If wanted, it can be made shorter, and have a clasp.
